The Combi C Lock System has again proven itself in a hard rock quarry. Tomerong Quarry Pty Ltd has had fitted to a Komatsu 420 Wheel Loader used in their quarry and is extremely happy with the system.

Mr Owen Herbert, Assistant Manager of the quarry states, “I personally feel it is the best designed bucket, tooth and adaptor system we have used in our hard rock quarry”.

“Replacement of teeth is simple and the wear rate has been very good. The feature I admire the most is the security of the teeth. It is almost impossible for the teeth to fall completely off the adaptor (not like other systems), which is very important when you operate very expensive crushing and screening equipment”.

Commenting on the wear rate, Mr Herbert stated, “We have another loader with a different system and have replaced the teeth three times compared to the C Lock teeth only the once.”
