THE NEW DIRECTION IN LOCKING SYSTEMS The patented Dynalock attachment system completely changes what was a very difficult and time consuming maintenance project into a simple on-site task. Dynalock positively addresses the important issues of productivity, safety and cost reduction. Designed to retain the 130 tooth system, the Dynalock, makes simple the installation and removal teeth on Draglines, Shovels and large Hydraulic Excavators. The traditional difficulties of handling large buckets are significantly reduced. The innovative features of the Dynalock allows the teeth to be installed and removed using only a pneumatic or manual socket wrench. There is no need for hammers or heat as the Dynalock is removed in four easy steps with the removal of one bolt. | ||

| BOX POINT The
13000 series tips are designed to meet specific applications. The options
covered are Hydraulic Excavators, large Rope Shovels and Draglines. Using the latest CAD and solidification software, a far superior product has been produced focussing on enhanced machine performance and reduced operating costs. Fully
compatible with the 130 base adaptor tooth system the
13000 is simple and quick to fit and remove using the
Dynalock locking system. 130
TIP The Cutting Edges design of intermediate adaptor and tips features patented, dual vertical drive through pins, to retain the tip. This effectively guarantees retention of the tip and hence maximises the life of the intermediate adaptor. The intermediate adaptor is in turn retained by the Dynalock locking system that is both simple and quick to fit and can be removed safely using the Dynalock removal tool. Whilst specifically designed for use on Draglines, this system can also be used on Hydraulic Excavators and Rope Shovels. | ![]() |

| Dynaclamp Following on from the success of the Dynalock and requests from our customers we have developed a Dynamically Clamping System which replaces the conventional C-Clamp and Wedge. The Dynaclamp works on a similar principle to Dynalock with the use of a simple socket drive for installation and removal. As with the Dynalock, the Dynaclamp keeps the adaptor tight on the lip and reduces wear to both components. Dynaclamp is now used successfully on a number of sites where safe installation and removal has been an issue. | ||
