  • Cutting Edges buys Stiles and Hicks – a supplier of Caterpillar and other engine parts.

  • Begins servicing sub-contractors as well as companies directly.

  • The business sees significant global expansion.

  • DELTA divests of Cutting Edges. Current directors, Faye Duncan and Richard Andrews buy the business.

  • GFC hits, however, not a single Cutting Edges’ employee is made redundant. 

  • Cutting Edges’ wear plate is further refined and improved.
